Activities can be arranged for a fee of 20% of the total cost, plus transportation ($1/mile). Sample activities at the Inn or within ten steps to ten miles of the Inn and their approximate costs include:

• Bicycling ~ $15 for half day (includes helmet, lock, water bottle)

• Hiking-on-your-own ~ free

• Hiking-with-guide ~ $10/hour/person

• Swimming ~ $5 in nearby pools; free in rivers

• Fishing-on-your-own (bring your own gear) ~ free (license required)

• Fishing-with-guide ~ price varies

• Tubing ~ $20

• Rafting ~ $45

• Kayaking ~ $45

• Canoeing ~ $65

• Golfing ~ price varies, beginning at $15 for 18 holes

• Jazzercize/yoga/personal training ~ price varies

• Massage & muscle therapy ~ price varies

• Museums ~ price varies (many free)

• Guided tours of town and area ~ (historical tours, ghost tours, and other specialty tours) ~ price varies

• Civil War Battlefields ~ free (park pass may be required)

• Programs & Civil War Enactments offered by the National Park Service & others ~ price varies (many free)

• Lectures & lessons on selected topics ~ price varies

• Music (concerts, shows, sing-alongs) ~ price varies
